Sunhill Court is a 40-bed nursing home situated in a tree-lined residential road at the seaside resort of Worthing, West Sussex. The home is a short distance from shops, public transport, local amenities and a short drive to the seafront. The home is beautifully maintained and has undergone an extensive refurbishment to the bedroomsand conservatory that offers a splendid panoramic view onto the Downs. The landscaped garden offers the ideal setting for relaxation.
Sunhill Court offers a range of accommodation options in en-suite single, double and garden rooms. The special needs of the elderly are incorporated in the design, colour co-ordintion and comfortable furnishings that are completed by essential security facilities. Each room is equipped with call-bell systems, along with television sockets. Modern bathrooms with specialist facilities enable residents to bathe safely alone or with assistance. All areas of the home are accessible by lift. .
We provide residents with a variety of choices in their lifestyle. The right environment for the activity of your choice is readily available. There is a lounge and dining room with a view of the garden along with a range of stimulating activities, including art reminiscence, music, house games, and trips in the home's minibus.
Our staff are carefully selected and receive regular training in all aspects of care. The majority of our staff have been with us for many years. Our in house kitchen provides a daily selection of wholesome meals always prepared from fresh ingredients. Medical provision includes regular visits from our doctor, physiotherapist, optician, dentist and chiropodist. Spiritual needs are met by visiting clergy of different denominations.
